Our laboratory at Shanghai received CNAS accreditation in 2013. Equipped with an office and testing room, our laboratory houses approximately 90 instruments, including pressure testers, infrared spectrometers, differential scanning calorimeters, and more.
At KTG, our streamlined production process consists of four major steps: extrusion, radiation processing (using electron accelerators), expansion (both oil and dry methods), and final product warehousing. With an impressive annual production capacity exceeding 600 million meters, our high-speed manufacturing workshop ensures efficient production and high productivity.
Our state-of-the-art facilities include eight electron accelerators capable of processing various materials.
The electron accelerators' capabilities range from 0.8 to 5.0 MeV, with a maximum beam current range of 0-100 mA, and a maximum beam power of 60 to 100 kW. The scanning width of our electron accelerators ranges from 0.6 to 1.8 meters.
